Here is how the training is structured
We understand that our customers are busy, especially the type of clients we train. Therefore we have kept the training very impactful and valuable. A typical size of the training group is 4 to 15.
First Session: Two to Four hours based on the client’s preference
In this session, we go over all the concepts and tools of the GateZero framework so that our clients understand the secret sauce of building profitable products and choosing the right digital investment.
The session can go over another hour based on the batch size and number of follow-up questions. We also distribute printed material for the reference of our clients.
Second Session: Two to Four Hours based on the client’s needs
After the first session, the recipients apply the framework to their business scenarios and needs; sure enough, they will have many questions. Those are the questions we address in the second session. This way, expertise is built, and understanding and using the GateZero framework go deep into the organization. Follow-up sessions is done based on the need and requests of the client.
Customized executive training
We also offer customized crash course training for executives that wraps up in 90 mins. The Executives can understand the scorecards prepared by the trained employees after this training.
